Operations

The HCRDA strategy is delivered through five workstreams. Direct responsibility for each workstream is assigned to a firm representative who sits on the Executive Committee. They meet quarterly with interested members to feed back on progress and solicit inputs as to the Workstream strategy, delivery and impacts.

A subset of Executive Committee members assume Director responsibilities for the HCRDA Not for Profit Company (NPC). The EXCO meets bi-monthly and all members are welcome to attend.

An annual General Council of Members is a further opportunity for the Executive Committee, supported by the CEO, to feed back on progress, solicit inputs from members and review the governance of the entity.
