The Executive Committee is made up of senior executives from member firms and representatives from the community, eThekwini Municipality and important stakeholders. Its composition and mandate are determined by the HCRDA Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI). EXCO members of 2023 are listed below. These members were confirmed at the annual General Council of Member’s in February 2026.

  • Oversight of delivery

  • Evaluating activity impact

Operations

A subset of Executive Committee members assume Director responsibilities for the HCRDA Not for Profit Company (NPC). The EXCO meets quarterly and all members are welcome to attend.

An annual General Council of Members is a further opportunity for the Executive Committee, supported by the CEO, to feed back on progress, solicit inputs from members and review the governance of the entity.
