Precinct Repairs and Projects
Hammarsdale Development Precinct (HDP) and Cato Ridge Development Precinct (CRDP) will regularly undertake repairs and projects as part of their supplementary municipal services aimed at improving infrastructure reliability, public safety, and overall service delivery within the region.
R91’000 is budgeted in each precinct each month in the 2026-2027 financial year.
Suppliers will be invited to submit quotations for projects in the precincts using the forms below. Details on each project are outlined in the two sections below.
Register as a supplier via the Supplier Database Form (Pre-requisite to submit a bid)
Complete a RFQ Form for a project/s of interest
Until HDP and CRDP are formally launched they cannot issues these RFQs. For now this page is simply to share information to contributors and potential suppliers.
Once the RFQs can be issued, all registered suppliers will be informed and the RFQs will be advertised and procured per the HDP or CRDP procurement policies.
This page will be updated with in-progress and completed project details including the supplier contracted, before, during and after imagery and lessons learned. Contributors are encouraged to propose projects. Email or call on 087 147 2531 with your suggestions.

Once the costs become clear we may be able to do more or will need to prioritise which projects are completed in the first year.
The first year’s projects are heavily focused on aesthetic improvements. The HDP and CRDP are also constrained in terms of working on public infrastructure. The precinct management function of the HDP and CRDP is focused on driving increased maintenance and timeous response by the public sector to risks and faults on public infrastructure - water, power, road and sewage primarily
